Logging on with your Adobe ID has changed because of how things have been altered on campus with some Units and Adobe. You start off as before with inputting you TAMU email address. 
Hit Continue and you will see a choice between "Personal" and "Company or School Account", choose "Personal".
On the next window enter the password you created for you Adobe ID. After which your license will be properly acknowledged.
