Connecting to Titanium Scheduler

Body

Titanium Scheduler is used by the Counseling and Assessment Clinic in CEHD.  Access to Titanium is exclusively through a Terminal Server setup for Remote Desktop Connections.

To connect,

  • Connect to the CEHD VPN service using OpenVPN client installed by Technology Services.  This should run automatically as a server for Technology Services installed
  • Open the "Remote Desktop Connection" application* and connect to the IP address 192.168.128.70.  (This is an internal IP address only accessible when connected via CEHD's VPN server..
    • On the connection screen, you can select "Show Options" to get additional connection options.
    • A useful option is the "Local Resources" tab.  On that tab you can allow your local printers, drives and other devices to be visible on the remote desktop.
  • Once connected you can start the Titanium Scheduler client access many college resources as if you were in the building.

* The default "Remote Desktop Connection" application that comes with Office 2011 on Macs will not work.  However, you can install a newer version of the app from the App Store which will work.
