Technology Services can provide ad-hoc reports from CEHD data. CEHD data is operational data used to assist faculty, staff, and students track changing information with regards to our employees and students. CEHD is also the repository for Educator Certification related information. However if you are looking for reports from official data sources within the university, you can contact the CEHD Data Analyst (Rahul Sharma).
Use the "Request Report" button to the right to request such a report. Be sure to include sufficient detail
- time frame (FY 2017, or FY 2013-2016)
- class of students (e.g., all CEHD graduate students, HLKN undergraduate students)
- fields you want in the report (e.g., UIN, Name, email, classification)
If you believe the report you are requesting will be recurring (i.e., you will need a similar report each year), please include this information in your request. If feasible, we may be able to setup a permanent report for you that can be accessed whenever you need updated information.
