A&M VPN

Body

VPN is a university resource that is available to anyone with a NetID.

If you are using a computer we setup, it should already have the software installed.  You can search for "VPN" and it should find the "Any Connect" VPN software.  If not, you can use our remote assistance app from your home computer

bring a laptop by our office, or submit a help request to schedule a time to have it installed.

Additional details regarding the installation and use of VPN are available within TAMU IT's Service Now Knowledge Base

Note.  A&M's VPN service now requires the use of Duo Authentication.  So, have your phone handy when you login to VPN.

Once connected through VPN, you can connect to A&M systems as if you were on-campus.  This would include CEHD Network Shares and restricted portions of the CEHD Data Portal.
