Titanium Scheduler is used by the Counseling and Assessment Clinic in CEHD. Access to Titanium is exclusively through a Terminal Server setup for Remote Desktop Connections.
To connect,
- Connect to the CEHD VPN service using OpenVPN client installed by Technology Services. This should run automatically as a server for Technology Services installed
- Open the "Remote Desktop Connection" application* and connect to the IP address 192.168.128.70. (This is an internal IP address only accessible when connected via CEHD's VPN server..
- On the connection screen, you can select "Show Options" to get additional connection options.
- A useful option is the "Local Resources" tab. On that tab you can allow your local printers, drives and other devices to be visible on the remote desktop.
- Once connected you can start the Titanium Scheduler client access many college resources as if you were in the building.
* The default "Remote Desktop Connection" application that comes with Office 2011 on Macs will not work. However, you can install a newer version of the app from the App Store which will work.
