TAMU office desktop, laptop, or device support

Technology Services is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of IT equipment in the College of Education and Human Development.  This includes hardware replacement and repair, software installation and updates, coordinating with TAMU IT on networking issues, and most other IT-related issues in the college.

To request help with a problem on your office computer, a university-owned laptop, printer, or other IT device in the college please follow the Request Service option to the right.

How to Obtain Service

You may obtain service for your computer by any of the following means.

  • Use the Request Service button to the right of this page to submit a ticket
  • Call 979-845-1111 and a member of Technology Services will take your information and submit a ticket on your behalf.
  • Stop by the Technology Services office in Harrington (434 Harrington) of the the Blocker IT offices.

Availability

Service is available during regular university business hours.
